Job Description

As a Xeon Scalable Product Manager you are responsible for creating and executing strategies that enable customers to "Do Wonderful", which results in achieving our margin growth objectives i.e. Exceed LRP (long range plan) . You will direct a Xeon Scalable in-market product through its ramp phase to enhance customers preference and accelerate its sales ramp (from the Intelligent Edge to Cloud and Back)

This highly visible role will require engagement with a wide range of stakeholders to strengthen the Xeon Scalable platform foundation and to increase adoption, despite an intense competitive environment.

The successful candidate for this leadership position combines business acumen, organizational savvy, inclusive emotional intelligence, and confidence in simplifying the value drivers of complex technologies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze technology trends and apply insight into potential business impacts

  • Drive a Xeon product line (i.e. define / enhance / execute customer preference demand generation plus sales acceleration plans)

  • Collaborate with the Xeon "State of the Product" team that comprehends competitive environment with business plan to exceed customer demand forecasts

  • Engage multiple stakeholders on shared objectives including engineering, business management, global marketing, sales enabling and account teams

  • Present to management decision forums the strategic recommendations / investments required to drive material impact to revenue/margin optimization

  • Ensure plan execution (e.g. enhance customer-targeted marketing assets, partner sales enabling programs, collaborate to add to or modify product line)

  • Achieve optimal outcomes during product excursions (customer-obsessed responses/mitigations)

  • Continuous org learning enhancement through documentation of product management process improvements and propagation of key insights to positively direct next gen products.


Qualifications

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field plus 9 years of industry work experience, or

  • MBA/Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field plus 6 years of industry work experience, or

  • PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field plus 4 years of related work experience.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • 7 plus years of experience creating profitability optimization methodologies for differentiated SKUs; activate solution partners on feature enabling and optimizing for customers' evolving demands.

  • 7 plus years of experience conducting data mining, market research, product/pricing/mix and competitive analysis.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience defining profitability optimization methodologies and proactively managing products in changing market conditions.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$127,330.00-$216,740.00
