This is an opportunity for Apple to improve and incorporate new technologies and analytics at an enterprise scale. This role will be required to lead multiple projects through cross-functional collaboration, prioritization and strategic roadmap updates. The ideal candidate is one who has handled strong stakeholder engagement at various levels and cross-functionally. Experience with data management projects that includes data collection, audit, governance and analytics of omni-channel partner data will be preferred, though not a prerequisite. As a global role, you will work with different teams in all of Apple's sales regions, including the US, Europe, Greater China, Japan and the rest of Asia Pacific. Process alignment and change management will be key to success in managing the regions. The candidate will need to work independently and have experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, IT, Data Management and Business Process Re-Engineering teams, in transformational projects.

Key Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in business analysis, planning, sales operations, strategy and/or sales program & portfolio management roles
  • 3+ years experience in management consulting, in enterprise sales strategy, enablement/efficiency and/or digital transformation role

Description

Lead projects of varying scale and complexity directly, or through your direct and indirect teams / networks.

Anticipate customers' needs and proactively ensure these are addressed in solution designs and technology roadmaps.

Lead scope and establish clear expectations.

Anticipate issues, manage risks and become the escalation point when necessary.

Articulate complex technical issues in easy to understand business terms

Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with the Sales Process Re-engineering team, IT groups and external third party software development vendors to ensure clear communication.

Education & Experience

BS or equivalent degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline required. MBA degree preferred
