The WW Digital Channel Team drives the development of digital strategies across Apple channels. It is creating a consistent brand experience in the digital world, whether it is on a partner's website or on global marketplaces or on social commerce. Our team serves as the center of expertise on eCommerce and will be instrumental in unlocking Apple's potential in maximizing customer experience, brand presence and sales growth across digital channels.

We are seeking a digital channel product manager to select, architect and build our eCommerce platform for the channel business. This role will be instrumental to modernize Apple's digital experience for our channel partners globally.

This role is highly collaborative and you will need to work closely with cross functional teams WW and in region, as well as external partners and vendors to select world class eCommerce technologies to scale Apple's digital channel business.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in an eCommerce, retail, product management or business development role
  • Experience selecting and architecting eCommerce solution for a global company
  • Delivered successful implementation of an eCommerce platform migration and/or implementation
  • Proven experience succeeding in complex, matrix and cross-functional projects
  • Solid understanding and experience managing sales, marketing or eCommerce related projects
  • Ability to personally deliver large scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
  • Innovative thinking to approach challenges from multiple angles
  • Experience setting, managing and reporting against multi-year plans, budgets, critical metrics, achievements, roadmaps, etc.
  • Ability to inspire, influence and collaborate across a wide range of constituents across functions and organizational levels
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
  • Willing to take action and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Description

Assess, select and architect the eCommerce platform solution to meet business needs

Develop the eCommerce platform vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete execution plan and product roadmap

Assess partners' eCommerce capabilities and conduct whitespace analysis to identify gaps and new opportunities

Create product requirements and work with WW cross-functional and regional teams as well as external vendors to execute the plan

Develop important metrics to measure and continually optimize the eCommerce capabilities and solution

Develop eCommerce platform benefits and support sell-in to partners

Deploy eCommerce platform to region and partners with user manual and training

Be abreast on market trends and new technology capabilities to evaluate and recommend turnkey solutions

Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree, MBA (preferred)

Additional Requirements

  • Ability in multiple languages preferred
