The Apple Online Store is a leading Online retailer, offering outstanding ways to experience and buy Apple's products and services in more than 40 countries. We are looking for a dynamic, highly-motivated individual to support the Retail Online business across management of business performance, including management to Key Performance Indicators (KPI), business reviews, executive updates, and special projects.

As a WW Business Management Analyst, you are deeply familiar with industry important metrics, skilled at turning data into insights and recommendations, and able to lead effective cross-functional forums and projects.

Your ability to effectively communicate is critical in this role. We consistently deliver business updates to a wide variety of audiences: senior management, product management, marketing, finance, and others.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of e-commerce analysis and project-based experience.
  • Business insight and leadership skills, including being able to verbally present to management at any level.
  • Experience developing and implementing process improvements to streamline business operations.
  • Track record of independently leading analyses or projects from concept to completion with clear recommendations to leadership.
  • Passionate about building rapport with cross-functional teams; establishing trust, communicating openly and effectively balancing the needs of partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced work environment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple work streams.

Description
- Manage key Retail Online business forums (weekly and quarterly business reviews), including managing the agenda, identifying key spotlight topics, and ensuring clarity of follow-up actions.
- Manage the Worldwide Retail Online business performance narrative on a weekly and quarterly basis, integrate insights from Regions and Partners, and write the holistic update to leadership.
- Develop Balanced Scorecard of critical metrics across the Retail Online organization, partnering with vital teams to ensure goals/targets are set, and performance is tracked.
- Develop Performance updates to the organization including All Hands meetings, Pulse meetings, and other forums to keep all teams updated on key trends.
- Work with partner teams including Analytics, Finance, and Fulfillment, and Retail Online to identify and communicate key business insights and actions.
- Lead select special projects that drive strategic action or decisioning within the Retail Online business.
