WW Reseller Operations is a team within Apple's worldwide Sales and Operations Support organization at our headquarters in Cupertino. The WW RO team is the Global Route-to-Market leader for National Retail, Apple Premium Reseller, Telco, Distribution, Enterprise & Education Channels. WWRO is responsible for influencing global allocation & NPI strategy by representing the Voice of the Channel in Operations. WWRO also leads the global tools, process & people development needed to ensure our products are in the right places at the right time, supporting sales & our partners globally to achieve Apple's financial goals.
The worldwide Reseller Operations team (WWRO) is looking for an experienced and dynamic Program Lead to help manage Apple's implementation of a large enterprise software suite. In addition to the project related responsibilities, this role will also play a key role in assisting our Central Planning team in both developing and implementing our long-term strategy across several programs within the WWRO organization.

Key Qualifications

  • Business Expertise
  • Deep knowledge of RO tools, systems, processes, and regional organizational structures
  • Good understanding of regional channel landscapes, partner supply chains, comms process etc
  • EOL/NPI/ATSI/LTSI process knowledge
  • Cross Functional Experience
  • Good understanding of SDM, Sales & DF&A processes and interaction points with regional RO and partners
  • Leadership/Ability to Influence
  • Ability to represent RO in cross functional settings
  • Ability to influence decisions during interactions with senior leaders
  • Courage to question, challenge & push-back appropriately while keeping Apple's best interests in mind
  • Lead and influence internal RO team members to adapt to process/system changes
  • Program/Project Management
  • Ability to work with BPR and regional RO teams to create realistic timelines
  • Provide regular updates to regional and global teams on project progress, concerns/risk, help needed etc

Description

Education
Bachelors degree, or 10-12 years of work experience in related field.
MBA with a focus in supply chain or finance a plus
APICS or PMP related training a plus
