Beats by Dre is seeking an experienced business professional with a proven track record of leading cross functional teams to drive business with top strategic channel partners. The Go-to-market lead will partner with sales teams in region to overachieve short term sales targets, while driving to build a foundation for sustained longterm growth.

You have extensive experience of crafting business strategies and orchestrating internal and external partnerships to drive long term sales volume growth. You'll stay in touch with day-to-day activities and drive tactical initiatives to overachieve sales goals each quarter, create reporting and presentations to keep the larger Beats teams engaged on the status of the business, represent Beats in internal and external meetings often including C-Level executives, and present the brand's point of view on product, merchandising, marketing, training and promotions

Key Qualifications

  • Extensive experience across sales, marketing, finance, and business development in the consumer electronics industry
  • Excellent communicator with strong ability to influence teams across a wide variety of internal and external organizations to achieve a larger objective
  • Strong understanding of consumer electronics and audio industry across all routes to market. Ability to keep up-to-date with industry trends and the latest technology
  • Experience using market analytics and the ability to work with data to identify key opportunities and risks in the business
  • Excellent presentation skills. Demonstrates the ability to craft storylines and produce a presentation keynote. Effective and comfortable delivering presentations in high pressure settings and able to quickly make a connection with target audience
  • Skilled in project and workflow management. Ability to organize workload throughout the day to meet project deadlines
  • Ability to size and prioritize opportunities. Dedicated to the role with a high motor, possessing the ability to quickly solve problems
  • Proficient on MacOS (Specifically applied to Microsoft Excel and Keynote)

Description

Create short and longterm business plans in partnership with various internal and external cross-functional team members. Ability to architect a partnership that drives sustained longterm growth with key channel partners.
Stay in touch with all tactical day-to-day account activities and share status updates on the business through reporting and presentations to the wider Beats organization.
Represent Beats in internal and external business meetings.
Provide a point of view on product, merchandising, marketing, training and promotions in external meetings
Expert of the retail channel landscape and represent channel partner's point of view in internal Beats meetings

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience.
Post graduate experience a plus.
