The Operations Workforce Optimization team has a dynamic, high visibility opportunity for an Integrated Business Planning Manager (Sales & Operating Planning / Workforce Planning) located either in Tucson, AZ or Andover, MA. This role is a key partner with the factories, production control, supply chain, finance, and operations leaders as well as collaborate with talent acquisition, labor relations, security, technical training, and union to support the strategic and tactical alignment of resources to execute business priorities across all of RMD Operations.

This includes:
  • Leadership role to identify, drive, and optimize roles & responsibilities, approaches, tools, data/reporting, and analytics to increase efficiencies and commonality across RMD Operations
  • Drive next level of maturity and adoption of S&OP to Sales & Inventory Operating Planning (S&IOP) across RMD
  • Develop and execute project management plans and metrics that are aligned with business priorities
  • Engage a wide variety of key stakeholders for short, long term headcount forecasting/planning by role, by timeframe
  • Ensure smooth hand offs internally and cross functionally
  • Foster proactive, positive and productive communications aimed a continuous improvement
  • Support overall compliance with multiple Collective Bargaining Agreements, policies, procedures and practices
  • Manage a team in efficient and effective daily operations to include data mine, extract, compile, analyze, interpret, visualize and communicate solution-based recommendations for decision-making on large & complex data sets leveraging multiple business systems / tools, metrics & reports.
Please Note: Position requires working on-site a majority of the time and up to 50% domestic travel for approximately the first year and hybrid model thereafter. Establishing relationships and understanding of the Collaborative Bargaining Agreement

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance within one year of start date

Required Skills:
  • 10 years of progressively responsible related experience in one of the following areas:
    • Operations and/or factory leadership (manufacturing)
    • Labor relations,
    • Talent acquisition
    • Human resources
    • Security or related experience
  • Experience with continuous and/or process improvement techniques such as Six Sigma, Customer Oriented Results & Excellence (CORE) or similar techniques
  • U.S. Citizenship required
Desired Skills:
  • Situational leadership and ability to adapt style to various stakeholders
  • Experience with Sales & Operating Planning, factory floor operations & tools, PC/Planning, Kinaxis, Tableau, Alteryx
  • Experience in working with and in a Union environment
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically with results-orientated execution
  • Proven history of reading, interpreting and adhering to policies, procedures, and/or Collective Bargaining Agreements
  • Project management and leadership PMP Desired
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field 176850
