LogMeIn is seeking a fast-learning, detail driven Workday HRIS Analyst with a knack for building, troubleshooting, and maintaining a user-friendly, intuitive Workday ecosystem.

As a member of the HRIS team, you will oversee various modules within Workday and understand how they integrate with other systems. Your responsibilities will include implementing new functionality and ongoing maintenance of our Workday core business processes, recruiting, onboarding & absence management. You will also partner closely with our Global HR Operations team to train, troubleshoot and provide ongoing Workday production support.

Key Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Play lead or support role in ongoing design, configuration and reporting for all Workday modules: HCM, Recruiting, Absence Management, Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Advanced compensation, Benefits and Security.

  • Support new project implementations and functionality uptake. This includes seeing projects through the full lifecycle and leading requirements gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, and post production support.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, resolve complex system problems, and develop and manage complex workflow rules, data validations, and object customizations

  • Support reports and custom fields, maintaining report schedules, testing and categorizing and management of report inventory.

  • Analyze current business processes to look for opportunities to improve and streamline.

  • Monitor new features being released by Workday and advocate for appropriate adoption plans.

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for HR Production issues and questions

  • Maintain change documentation and training materials.

  • Assist with any ad hoc project needs as necessary.

  • Participate actively in the Workday Community, propose and advocate for improvements to the Workday solution,

    and build a network of peers to share best practices with.


  • Bachelors degree required with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience

  • 3-4+ years experience with Workday configuration in the following modules (minimum 3 modules): HCM,

    Recruiting, Absence Management, Onboarding, Security, Performance & Talent, Benefits

  • Experience using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Report Designer, Web Services or other integration

    technologies a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
