As a Watch Product Quality Engineering Program Manager (EPM), you and your team have the incredible responsibility of providing quality data and feedback that informs design and program decisions on our newest products, before they get announced to the world. You're in constant contact with the management and leadership teams, sharing data about the status of products and parts. And when exciting new products arrive, you are the first to open them up and present them to the entire Engineering Team to test. At Apple, we ship only the products that we are proud to put our name on. You make that happen by managing hundreds of internal volunteer employees testing our newest products to ensure they meet our standard of quality
You will design, test, validate and execute your own quality testing programs by working multi-functionally with all major product and technology partners to design test suites and parameters that ensure our products meet both our internal and external standards of quality

Key Qualifications
Deliver program training to your user base (internally)
Knowledgeably engage Hardware/Software/Electrical Engineering and Product Design teams
Run regular Core Team Syncs to provide feedback and gather ad-hoc needs from various engineering stakeholders on-demand
Design and distribute surveys internally to employees for product feedback; provide data analysis quickly and accurately to key stakeholders and leadership teams
Coordinate and schedule in-person roundtables, debriefs, and program-specific meetings to gather user feedback
Ability to clearly communicate program scope, updates, proposals (including financial analysis) and results to executive leadership to inform product decisions
You'll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs
Security and safety come first. Must demonstrate knowledge dealing w/ confidential product
Be agile. Demonstrated ability to adapt and think on your feet
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Education & Experience
BA/BS/MS degree in Engineering, Human Factors, or equivalent experience
5+ years experience in Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality Test Engineering
2+ years experience in Software Development (including log collection, bug filing, and understanding of SW development schedules/lifecycles/sprints)
