This position will be responsible for managing a team of circuit provisioners to support the global deployment of transit, transport and dark fiber circuits to support Apple's ever growing network. Additionally this role will be responsible for developing process improvement, driving automation requirements, maintaining and improving customer relations and tracking operational expenses for the group.

Key Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to and a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong process and business skills relating to operational expenditures, budget forecasting and vendor payment and relations.
• Strong understanding of colocation provider process, design and support, with requires to cross connects, circuits, ordering and payment.
• Ability to drive automation efforts, including driving developing, documenting, process and support of tools.
• Understand the concepts of redundancy and diversity and apply that to assisting in ensure orders meet the technical requirements set forth by the operations and engineering teams.
• Ability to lead a diverse set of individuals across multiple locations and timezones.

This position will manage a team of technical and business support staff to address a variety of business challenges for Apple. The candidate will need to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to multi-task and work closely with senior members of the Core Services team to provide solutions to grow our network infrastructure. This position requires a collaborative team player that will work across cross-functional groups and have the ability and willingness to work with others. The responsibilities also include updating and maintaining and improving upon current standards and process. This person will need to obsess over the customer experience and to drive operational excellence into every aspect of their work. In addition to the technical and business skills, this position also requires strong people skills and an individual who enjoys the dynamic nature of Apple's environment.

Education & Experience

BA or equivalent experience
