This is a hands-on position working in our Video Partner Operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing operations projects, planning and deploying resources across our video partner operations team, using data to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, and defining KPI's for integration quality and compliance to process.

Key Qualifications

  • You have an ability to effectively lead impactful projects independently under concurrent deadlines.
  • You work well under pressure, with proven experience working on multiple complex, international, large-scale, and time-critical projects, and thrive in a very dynamic environment.
  • You have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to rapidly changing requirements, decisive, and willing to own the hard calls.
  • You have extraordinary attention to detail, excellent organization skills, impeccable follow-through, and the ability to see how the details fit into the big picture.
  • You are results-oriented, upbeat, and focused with a strong passion to learn, teach, and succeed.
  • You have above average presentation skills and the ability to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization.
  • You have an uncanny ability to diagnose issues and persistence to see them through resolution.
  • You have excellent communication skills and you are skilled at developing and exercising cross-functional influence; translating analytical outcomes and technical roadblocks between business owners and technical teams.
  • You have a proven track record for efficient collaboration with engineering.
  • You exhibit confidence in identifying issues and presenting to senior management on project status and schedules.
  • You have a passion for TV, Movies and other video content.

Description

Gather and define project requirements, propose solutions, obtain buy-ins, and negotiate timelines.
Forecast resources needed to successfully manage a project, strategize the work break down structure and schedule, and help to manage resources in an efficient manner.
Plan dependencies and outcomes of the project, track progress, making adjustments along the way while also looking ahead to identify potential issues, and resolving them before it negatively impacts the project and launch date.
Effectively and consistently communicate project goals and provide relevant project updates to a wide range of audiences including engineering and senior management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new tooling and enhancements for projects. Recognize and act on opportunities for automation.
Acquire a deep understanding of our data pipeline, from ingestion, integration to consumption, as well as our data management tools.

Education & Experience

College education preferred. 5 to 10 years + related industry experience.
