Do you know everything about the French New Wave or the New French Extremity? Do you have a deep knowledge of reality TV and could you give a dissertation on all of its subgenres? Can you explain the difference between direct cinema and cinma vrit? Do your friends come to you for the latest and greatest movie and show recommendations? If so, we need you to help our customers discover their next favorites.

  • Passion for and deep knowledge of the film and television content landscape including entertainment news and industry trends
  • Proven ability to maintain motivation and solid focus through hours of repetitive tasks
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills

Description

High volume project for digital media content (movies, TV). Workers will leverage their background and knowledge to perform the following tasks:
Cataloging movies and TV shows via different descriptors including cinematic styles, subgenres, etc.
Creating collections of movies and TV shows with commonalities
Verify content accuracy, ensuring it meets the provided standards
Make edits/fixes when needed
Report any patterns or issues observed to help improve database and product performance

Education & Experience

Degree preferred in: Media, Film, Communications, etc. Plus 5 to 7 years related experience.
