The On-device communications team in Apple Services is looking for an experienced User Acceptance Specialist with a background in testing software as a service.

The Growth Marketing Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for Apple's media products and services. The team focuses on the timely delivery, strategy, and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users across multiple Apple services, including: Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, App Store, and Apple One.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 5-7 years in Quality Assurance and/or User Acceptance Testing
  • 5+ years working in design and development of automation frameworks and tests
  • Experience with programming languages: Python (with Pytest), Javascript
  • Experience with End to End and mobile automation using Selenium, Appium, or other commercial and open source automation tools
  • Experience with validation of data pipelines and workflow management tools
  • Experience with driving continuous improvements in quality and testing practices
  • Good understanding of life cycle marketing
  • Calm in fast paced environments with a proactive demeanor
  • Results-oriented, upbeat and self-starter

Description

You have experience in testing on mobile devices, develop automated tests, and proficient in documenting detailed test cases for software and hardware. Your primary focus will be End to End testing, creation of test automation frameworks as well as scripts, and work cross functionally with different teams to troubleshoot issues and fix them. This role requires a highly motivated quality professional who is detail oriented and passionate about incorporating quality into Apple Services.
