Job Description

LogMeIn is seeking a Training Program Manager to address product training needs for LogMeIns Partners (resellers). The ideal candidate has proven success working with cross-functional stakeholders in developing and delivering engaging, comprehensive, and technical training programs in a variety of modalities, including appealing webinars. The candidate must also be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Sr. Dir of Global Training Systems & Partners and is an integral part of the success of the LogMeIn Partner Network.

-Responsibilities-

Develop, facilitate, and execute a training strategy to support the product training needs of Partners initially focusing on products LastPass and GoToConnect and expanding to other products.

Engage key stakeholders and product experts to gather appropriate information to develop and deliver effective product training materials that educate Partners on how to use LogMeIn products, including topics such as product configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.

Partner with the T&D product training team to repurpose Sales product training materials for partners.

Assess training needs and Partner product certification and badging requirements.

Act as a major stakeholder and content contributor to the monthly webinar, addressing various product topics while working with other stakeholders to contribute messaging and materials for the webinar.

Maintain engagement metrics related to partner training programs.

Assist with the content development and execution of our annual Global Sales Kickoff event.

Provide and accept constructive feedback from cross-functional stakeholders.

Continuously evaluate Partner product training programs, identify gaps, and implement solutions.

-Qualifications-

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to write, present and teach in a clear, concise manner.

Prior experience or involvement in adult learning, product training, new-hire onboarding, and/or customer service/support for SaaS products.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, act with a sense of urgency, adapt to changing priorities, and interface with all levels of the organization.

Experience using SaaS products, exhibiting a natural curiosity for learning how product features work and understanding their impact on customers.

Ability to work independently, as well as cross-functionally, to accomplish required goals.

Ability to create and edit video content with tools such as Adobe Premiere or Camtasia.

Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline or Rise, Prezi, PowToon, or VisMe) and Learning Management Systems strongly preferred.

Must be proficient with MS Office applications, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Nice-to-have: Ability to speak a second language (German, French, Spanish, or Brazilian Portuguese)
