Positioned at the intersection of design, entertainment and technology, the Apple TV Content Design team is comprised of many different backgrounds, experiences and interests. We are a passionate, innovative group focused on maximizing outstanding design and systems to increase awareness, fuel engagement and strengthen the connection audiences have to our platform and the growing catalogue of titles.

We partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Development, Programming, etc... across many titles to represent our shows visually and to evolve the TV platform. As advocates for our viewers' overall experience, we infuse perspective, uphold our on-platform creative strategy and work collaboratively to deliver compelling campaigns.

Key Qualifications

  • Composure and influential communication across a variety of partners
  • High fluency in the technology, product innovation space
  • Background in strategy is essential
  • Proven success partnering with creative teams across a high volume of projects
  • Entertainment (creative, account or design) experience
  • Respect for understanding audience, user needs
  • Fluidity between right and left brained thinking
  • Synthesis and concise, impactful communication of complex ideas
  • High International / Global IQ preferred

Description

In the Title Campaign Strategy Lead role, you will be a key partner and influence creative work across a variety of series, films and kids content. In our highly cross functional environment, this role will be focused on projects driven by our partners. You will interact at various milestones as a thought partner to these groups to help inspire, shape and move campaigns forward to best serve our product and viewer needs.

This role is firmly rooted in the Content Design group and exists to be heavily outward facing. You will represent the strategic vision of our TV platform and serve as a guide as the product evolves. Keeping our partners informed of current and future functionalities, you will help elevate the work and unlock areas of opportunity, exploration.

You may engage with creative directors, strategists, writers, designers and development execs all in the same day as the role is highly collaborative. Excellent communication and judgment are essential to our success. Flexibility will be key as new findings and feedback surface in our fast-paced environment.

The team is dynamic, rooted in Apple culture and consistently evolving. Our space is exceptionally unique in that it is both new and also well-established. Looking through a principled lens, you'll be the voice of our team's perspective and will help to shape ideas as they come to life. You will ensure alignment to the overall campaign strategy of each title and also the product goals and strategies as they evolve.

With a firm understanding of product priorities and an insatiable desire to celebrate the effects of outstanding content design, you will work with incredible colleagues to deliver significant moments that are timely and relevant while balancing the evergreen nature of our service. As an advocate for our viewers, you will deliver impactful work that helps shape the future of TV.

Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred
