Job Description

Define, develop, implement and maintain product test plans and manufacturing test solutions for both Hardware and Software. Develop and maintain core product test content and requirements. Design factory test plans to optimize and improve coverage, time, cost, and yield. Work within the test team to ensure scalable testing & manufacturing for high-speed interfaces like PCIE Gen4,Gen5 and QSFP 50 100G across the product portfolio. Provide DFT recommendations to the design teams. Interface with internal reliability and validation teams to drive parity between test coverage from reliability and qualification to manufacturing.


Willing to travel domestically 20% of the time to support external on-site production.


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience. This is an entry-level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must possess at least one of the following:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Engineering. With 4+ years of Test Engineering experience.

2. Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Engineering. With 3+ years of Test Engineering experience.

Position not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with the production of computing servers, cards, and
  • Experience in product hardware manufacturing or validation test environments.
  • Experience managing outsourced vendors and contracts.
