Clinical Assistant Professor of Computer Science

The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Catholic University of America invites applications for a clinical assistant professor position in all areas of Computer Science, effective Fall Semester 2020.   

 

The Catholic University of America, located in Washington D.C., is composed of 12 schools offering a wide variety of undergraduate, graduate, and professional degrees. The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, in the School of Engineering, offers bachelor’s degrees (ABET accredited) and graduate degrees (MS and PhD) in both electrical engineering and computer science, as well as a master’s degree in data analytics and professional graduate certificate programs in data analytics, and cyber security and privacy. Duties include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses as assigned by the department chair and supervising graduate and undergraduate students.  Qualified candidates must have an earned doctorate in computer science. Candidates should have the ability to motivate and inspire students through effective teaching and communication.
