Apple's Identity Management Services Quality, and TechOps Engineering group is looking for a highly motivated specialist in service management to help measure and continually improve Identity Management Service quality, reliability, security, and availability.
You'll help us define the future vision of measuring and improving IdMS service quality, security, reliability, and availability!

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in Identity or similar enterprise features.
  • Passion for attention to detail and digging deeper in the subject matter.
  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale enterprise applications services with critical compliance scope.
  • Hands-on experience in managing security incidents, drawings findings from such incidents, and implementing preventive steps.
  • Passion and obsession over the customer experience and demonstrated experience of achieving it through service management.
  • Hands-on experience with Incident and Problem management. Ability to synthesize and distill incidents and problems for effective service improvement.
  • Deep understanding of data structures, data at rest.
  • Hands-on experience in scripting languages.
  • With an appetite for learn more and technically savvy.
  • Demonstrated success in measuring and improving service engagements driven by SLO, SLA.
  • Ability to build relationships among TechOps, SRE, DevOps, Quality engineers, and Engineering leads.
  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, constantly evolving, and unexpected work environment.
  • Proven track record to operate and navigate through ambiguity in collaborating with sophisticated matrix organizations spread across multiple time zones.
  • Integrity, excellent teammate and ability to get things done.
  • Experience within Cloud is a plus.

Description

You'll help build and realize a vision of measuring and improving service quality, security, reliability, and availability.
You'll achieve a baseline Incident, problem, quality measures in place. You'll successfully collaborate with SRE, DevOps, TechOps, and Quality Engineering to converge on a comprehensive set of metrics for measuring service effectiveness and operational efficiency.
You'll draw data insights from such metrics and use them to engage and influence Quality engineering, TechOps, SRE, engineering, and project management team roadmap.
You'll successfully collaborate and influence the product and services roadmap with a vision to improve customer experience continually.
You'll put your hands on build tools and automation needed to achieve such measures and use business intelligence tools to draw and disseminate data insights.
Also, you'll own the SOX. PCI, WebTrust, PII readiness, and ongoing compliance controls, obsessing over protecting customer and corporate data.
Experience with business intelligence tools, is a plus.

Education & Experience

BS Computer Science, Software engineering or Related
