LifePort is currently searching for a dependable, technical savvy, and results oriented Customer Service Tech to make a positive impact at our Woodland, WA facility and with our distinguished customers

The Customer Service Tech is responsible for installation, maintenance, alteration, technical support and order entry by performing the following duties
-whether at home and in the field:
• Performs installation of products in various model/make airframes in accordance with LifePort data and FAA approved practices to include but not limited to, sheet metal, mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, logbook entry, Flight Manual updates and weight and balance calculations
• Provides training to customers on the use of LifePort equipment, manuals, servicing requirements, and removal and installation
• Communicates with customers (phone, email, or in person) addressing their topic of interest as well as to receives orders
• Assemble Technical Document Packages delivered with system shipments.
• Solicits sale of new or additional services
• Addresses complaints concerning billing or service rendered, and refers complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation
• Completes sales order entry for Customer Service Department orders
• Enters and issues RMA documentation/numbers for customer returns.
• Supports continuous improvement processes
• Demonstrates measurable commitment to achieving organization quality goals and objectives
• Demonstrates commitment to achieving safety and health goals and objectives, and is compliant with all applicable policies and procedures
• Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Basic Qualifications
4+ years of aerospace experience
FAA Airframe or Airframe/Powerplant license.
Wire harness installation and repair expertise
Fully competent with electrical schematic/technical drawings
Must be able to travel internationally when required

Desired skills
Experience working with any of the following aircraft/equipment: King Air, Cessna, Learjet, Bell, Sikorsky, Eurocopter, Airbus, Agusta, Pilatus, and/or with LifePort equipment/products
A Bachelor’s in a related aerospace field
