As a Recruiting Manager, you will manage a team of recruiters supporting the Services Engineering Teams. You will build and execute hiring strategies that will identify and attract diverse candidates by working with our cross functional partners, as well as with hiring managers. You will have the opportunity to lead and mentor recruiters in a fast paced environment. You will develop, drive, and execute on the recruitment strategies for one of our fastest growing organizations.

Key Qualifications

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience with growing technical organizations
  • Experience leading projects and programs cross functionally
  • Experience with compiling, analyzing and capturing insights from data to support business decisions
  • Demonstrated experience influencing effectively and communicating cross-functionally with senior business leader

Description

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Work directly with recruiting/engineering leaders to deeply understand the requirements for all hires and their impact on the company
- Lead meetings and projects with recruiting team and client groups
- Track metrics and pipeline activity from/with recruiters for hiring as well as manage reporting
- Conduct 1:1's with each member on the team
- Onboarding and training new recruiters
- Providing mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the team
- Ensuring recruiters are managing to milestones and metrics
- Providing innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet business objectives
- Lead by example through following, setting or sharing recruiting best practices
- Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions

Education & Experience

Minimum BS/BA or equivalent experience

  • - Have experience in diversity recruiting and are able to source and create a pipeline of diverse candidates
  • - You display and energize a sense of urgency and priority within teams
  • - Be viewed as approachable, candid, inventive, knowledgeable, helpful, and engaged
  • - A high level of curiosity and emotional intelligence is essential
  • - Drive hiring processes that produce high quality outcomes
