Do you love taking on big challenges without precedent? As a part of our Financial Services Compliance group, you will help uphold Apple's high ethical and corporate standards, as well as enable us to grow our products and services. You will collaborate with stakeholders to build your product backlog, develop strategies to reduce friction in the user experience, and support all stages of the software development lifecycle.

This role will serve as the business owner of a shared-services platform used in financial crimes investigation and will be a liaison between the software development team and various stakeholder groups.

The ideal candidate works well in collaborative environments with minimal formal structure and is comfortable in changing environments with competing priorities. They must possess solid business acumen, a strong technical background, natural curiosity, and the ability to effectively shift between communications styles based on the audience (from technical peer reviews to executive leadership updates).

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience working as a technical product manager, project manager or related role
  • 5+ years of advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including business analysis and user acceptance testing. Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Experience translating business needs into well-defined engineering requirements and product roadmaps
  • Experience in understanding and discussing technical design and opportunities with technical team members
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to connect and develop strong partnerships
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple audiences and partners, including the ability to explain analytical outcomes and technical roadblocks in business terms
  • Experience in developing and exercising cross-functional influence; translating between business owners and technical teams

Description
- Collaborates with stakeholders to develop a backlog and drive products and features from concept to launch
- Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks
- Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization
- Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology
- Provide formal input to leaders on Go, No-Go decision making prior to go-live
- Works with Leadership, End Users, Developers and Testers daily
- Guides the team in making decisions about stories during development and testing
- Contributes to defining User Acceptance test scenarios
- Capture problems experienced by end users and report issues to the program team after go-live

- Background in finance auditing and payments
- CSPO certification

Education & Experience

BS / MS in technical field (or equivalent work experience).
