In this role you will do detailed requirement analysis ,business and internal workshops to finalize , functional and system design and implement web applications for Apple's very large scale CRM system. The ideal candidate is an expert in CRM functionalities(Support),business process knowledge, UI and java server side application development and is passionate about building high performance applications that provide a great user experience.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in CRM Support functional domains
  • Prior experience on large CRM implementations with a deep understanding on business process
  • Good experience with business analysis and derive system designs to best meet the requirement
  • Ability to come up with effective service contracts and to reason it with providers until finalized
  • Proficient in release management processes starting with Build to merge and deploy
  • Good knowledge in Java
  • Exposure to UX design and a good understanding on UI development using HTML and Angular JS
  • Extensive experience in building functionally rich, high-performance, scalable applications
  • Deep understanding of object oriented and SOA software design concepts
  • Able to analyze business requirements and design efficient solutions
  • Excellent Analytical and creative problem solving skills
  • Experience with SQL and NOSQL technologies. MongoDB experience a plus
  • Experience and knowledge applying best practices to build secure platforms
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies in a short time
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex solutions well

Description

Lead and drive critical cross functional initiatives in Apple's Global CRM Application.In this role, you would be the face of application team to business partners, users and cross functional IT teams
Work closely with stakeholders from requirements to agree on a design and to develop and deliver Apple class solutions to users
You will diagnose issues in production, identify root cause, and implement fixes. Experience and knowledge applying best practices to build secure platforms
Strong ability to learn new technologies in a short time.Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex solutions well
Prior experience in any Enterprise CRM applications as well as hands on experience in Java are preferred.
Passion to work towards delivering quality applications/features to users that has higher UX standards

Education & Experience

BS in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience
