We're looking for a Technical Partner Manager who has a passion for video service quality to join the Apple TV App Operations organization and support day-to-day management of Apple TV+ deliverables. This is a hands-on, internal and external facing position responsible for working with our Apple TV+ video partners. In this role, you'll be responsible for validating and understanding the end user experience for Apple's original content across various platforms, with the ability to explain it to various, cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
You will be designing scalable processes for validation of our growing catalog of original video content across multiple platforms
You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the customer experience expected of Apple is achieved
The ability to context switch between platforms, internal & external teams, and various projects is a key to success in this role
Education & Experience
College education preferred; plus 5+ years of relevant experience in the digital media industry
