Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters with the objective of bringing in top talent to join this great company. This role demands a target driven individual who excels under pressure and can create strategic partnerships with hiring managers and HR partners across our enterprise. The successful candidate possesses advanced level, front line recruiting and sourcing knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Preferred role location is Tucson or Tewksbury, but willing to consider other locations

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
  • Leads a team of experienced professionals and drives the development and execution of a recruiting/sourcing strategy to meet the current and future hiring needs of an assigned business unit or department
  • Support leaders and hiring managers in one or more client groups and pro-actively engage leadership teams to establish a common understanding of Talent Acquisition policies, processes, and service level agreements
  • Lead by example, mentoring team members to achieve their goals and assisting in the resolution of recruitment challenges
  • Creating a positive, engaging and inclusive environment to increase employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Perform regular cadences with HR colleagues and business leaders to monitor progress against staffing plans and goals
  • Use data to influence decisions
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and processes and effectively influence hiring managers regarding their compliance responsibilities
  • Accurate recordkeeping including applicant tracking and other hiring related documentation

An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for 3 additional years of experience.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelors degree and 8 years experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition or additional 2 years of experience may be substituted for each 1 year of college
  • Experience with and understanding of leading edge recruiting techniques and tools including social networking (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), Boolean searching and traditional networking methodologies

Qualifications We Value:
  • 4 years experience handling full life cycle recruiting.
  • Experience leading/mentoring recruiters/recruiting teams
  • Understanding of recruiting metrics and data and how they relate to operational performance.
  • Experience developing and implementing search strategies and methodologies and driving innovation to hire critical talent
  • Experience managing competing demands while being adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing management environment
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management skills and attention to details.
  • Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, applicant tracking systems)
  • Strong analytical skills, the ability to report and understand data
  • Demonstrated relationship building, client management and influencing skills
  • Must be able to work with all levels of the organization and handle high levels of confidentiality
  • Understanding of employment law principles
