Raytheon Missiles and Defense is seeking a Program Integrator.
Program Management Excellence (PMX) has an opening for a Program Integrator (PI) that will report to the Tactical Strike Senior Director. This position will support the Tactical Strike PAD and its programs, which consists of the Griffin, HARM, Maverick, Paveway and StormBreaker.
The PI is responsible for business operational support of the PAD, tracking budget, assuming day-to-day responsibility of projects and tasks, supporting Program Management Plans, processes, metrics and tools; recommending and implementing best practices as warranted by program execution situations; working directly with the Tactical Strike Leadership team to support day to day product area business execution and battle rhythm.
In concert with the Program Manager, Key responsibilities include:
Develop, implement and track key PAD metrics, to ensure consistent, coordinated and accurate reporting for the PAD
Align and document program strategies and plans to the overarching PAD strategy, and monitor successful completion to plans.
Influence functional leads to ensure efforts meet the technical and business needs of the PAD
Participate and lead special projects to support PAD goals and objectives such as NGW implementation, support capture efforts and strategic initiatives.
Assist with the day to day PAD execution cadence (battle rhythm) of the program, ie risk review boards, program management reviews, failure review boards, configuration control boards, etc.
Execute and maintain PAD directives, consistent with program requirements and RMS policies.
Support IPDS Gate processes.
Identify and implement key program metrics. Work with TS leadership team to implement and drive closure of corrective actions as warranted.
Deploy Program Management Best Practices to include Earned Value.
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance
Required Skills:
A minimum of 10 years of business, program, or project management professional experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Raytheon Program Management Excellence (PMX) Certification level 6 or the ability to acquire certification within one year
Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools/systems or similar systems
Experience balancing technical costs and schedule constraints to achieve customer satisfaction
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or similar Program Management tool systems
Required Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related business field
Desired Skills:
Raytheon Program Management certification, Level 6 or equivalent
Department of Defense Industry or other relevant experience
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Cost Estimating/BOE generation
Demonstrated understanding of Product Life Cycle Development
Raytheon Earned Value Certification
Proficiency with Program Management tool suite or similar systems
Presentation skills
Program knowledge to include an understanding of customer/program requirements, development, production, and program management process flow
