The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Team is seeking to fill a TA Operations Integration and Specialist Lead position. The TA Operations Integration and Specialist Lead will have multiple responsibilities consisting of overseeing the TA Specialist day to day activities while working to simplify and stream line processes to drive efficiency, quality and best in class candidate experience. They will also ensure RMD is ready for the Workday Implementation for TA activities to include TA, HR, and Hiring Managers. The TA Ops Integration and Specialist Lead will oversee work processes and systems used leveraging innovative process steps as they are identified or make adjustments to processes when and as needed.

Additionally, they will assist with any impromptu research and documentation that is needed in order to prepare mitigation actions or provide input for process/training creation. This person would ideally be knowledgeable in OFCCP regulations, be capable of critical thinking and have the ability to pay close attention to detail.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
  • Responsible for the execution of TA Administrative process and support to the TA, HR, and HM communities
    • Drives a service model that prioritizes recruiter efficiency and reduces bureaucracy while ensuring new hire data accuracy
    • Provides day to day guidance to the TA Specialist team, however, they will not be responsible for direct performance management
    • Responsible for ensuring processes are followed and outcomes are delivered on time and accurately
    • Collaborates with external stakeholders responsible for post-accept hiring activity to include being the primary liaison with GPS, Security, and the NEO team to resolve issues and streamline processes
  • Ensuring RMD is ready for the Workday implementation around TA activities including:
    • Leading a team of recruiters testing and becoming a team of trainers
    • Helping to develop and execute the change management plan for TA, HR, and HM
    • Develop and roll out effective training programs ensuring seamless transition post implementation
  • Oversee work processes and systems used, leveraging innovative process steps as they are identified or make adjustments to the process when and as needed
  • Partnering across TA and with Corporate stakeholders to create strategies to ensure an effective recruiting organization. This individual must be mindful of the downstream impacts - system integrations, candidate experience, onboarding challenges, etc.
  • Manage coordination of communications and training to RMD stakeholder for both TA administrative processes and Workday implementation activities.

This position will offer a flexible work arrangement but will require the ability to go into the office as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Talent Acquisition experience to include any combination of full life-cycle recruiting, coordinating, or HR expertise
  • Experience developing and implementing process improvements or creating processes that drive efficiency in an organization
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to solve complex business problems
  • Experience with the integration and implementation of the Workday Recruiting applicant tracking system

Qualifications We Value:
  • Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience OR and advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Broad expertise and strong communication skills engaging with internal and external customers
  • Ability to understand and comply with Raytheon policies and procedures and Security functions
  • Demonstrated excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and adapt to changes in priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to work with confidential information with discretion and a high level of trust
  • Prefer candidate to be within 50 miles of Tucson, AZ or Tewksbury, MA
