We are looking for an experienced, creative, and high energy Systems Integration & Test Engineer with recent and relevant skills to support system test activities for the Crater Lake program. The selected candidate will work directly with the Systems Engineering and Agile Development Teams to design and execute software tests that lead to successful program milestone completion and application development. They will be responsible for developing test documentation (test plans, procedures, checklists, test reports), successfully executing formal tests witnessed by the USG, performing analysis of test results, and documenting formal requirement verification of the system. They will support installation and checkout activities, demonstrations, and required security testing. The selected candidate will be able to synthesize customer requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. They will help establish and shape the program’s test processes, review, evaluate and derive requirements for testability, and coordinate system testing activities with both internal and external stakeholders. They will write discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software and components

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Candidates must possess a current TS/SCI clearance with an SBBI within the last 5 years

Basic Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience executing software system test activities (9+ years of professional experience; or 7+ years of professional experience with a related Masters degree).

• Candidates must possess a current TS/SCI clearance with an SSBI within the last 5 years

Desired skills
• Software test experience including Test Documentation generation (test plans, procedures, evaluation reports), formal test execution witnessed by stakeholders, requirement verification, integration test activities, and security testing

• Test lead experience developing and managing test schedules, developing sound program test processes and procedures, and coordinating system test activities

• Processes/Methods: DoDAF; demonstrated experience working in Agile teams leveraging Scrum, Kanban or other methodologies and/or understanding of Agile development concepts; experienced in common DevOps methodologies and knowledgeable in tools such as GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Rancher etc.

• Domain: Mission Management, Planning & Scheduling, Battle Field Management/Command and Control (BMC2), Mission Operations

• Experience with test automation (Cucumber, Serenity) and continuous integration and deployment via Git, GitLab Continuous Integration Suite

• Experience with Open Architecture standards (e.g., OMS, UCI, etc.)

• Strong background debugging and/or testing of web applications and web services

• Proven effective teaming skills (co-located and virtual)

• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative environment
