Job Summary:
Our team of talented engineers collaborates across disciplines from initial concepts to product sell off, integrates complex technology, debugs and resolves interface issues, evaluates system performance, demonstrates and sells off state-of-the-art products for areas including radars, command and control platforms, missile systems, and cyber defense.

Our teams contribute through all phases of the product development lifecycle, within an interdisciplinary process that ensures the customer and warfighters needs are satisfied through every stage. This commitment to excellence requires travel, including local travel between locations in MA, and flexible hours/shifts to ensure programmatic milestones are met.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
  • Support integration and test planning, design, and execution
  • Prepare plans, procedures, and test cases
  • Develop detailed integration information sheets and detailed verification information sheets
  • Perform integration and test activities in house or at site locations
  • Utilize DOORS to capture verification artifacts and maintain traceability to requirements
  • Troubleshooting and failure analysis, including the use of lab or field test equipment
  • Complete and compile detailed performance analysis, including the use of tools such as MATLAB
This position can be a Junior, Senior or Post-Graduate based on the candidate's qualifications and standing as outlined below:
  • Junior Technical Intern- must have completed 60 credit hours of college by start of internship
  • Senior Technical Intern- must have completed 90 credit hours of college by start of internship
  • Post-Graduate Technical Intern- must have an undergraduate degree and be enrolled in a graduate degree program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Systems Engineering by start of internship
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Must be at least a Junior by the start of summer 2022 in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Systems Engineering
  • Experience with C/C++ or C, or other programming language
  • Experience with MATLAB or Python
  • Experience troubleshooting software or electrical hardware
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Value:
  • Engineering project, internship or co-op experience related to radar systems
  • Experience in radar systems test environments, and in development of test scripts and procedures; experience with automation is desirable
  • Experience with radar systems or signal processing
  • Experience with testing in an AGILE environment
  • Model based engineering and architecture
  • Statistics, random processes and detection methods
  • Imaging / pattern recognition
  • Data filtering and processing techniques (e.g. Kalman, batch, optimal)
  • Cyber security, encryption, information assurance
  • Experience with DOORS or a related database
  • Authored Technical Papers and / or Technical Presentations
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Leadership or participation in college campus organizations, athletic teams, or community service groups
  • ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. 3.0 cumulative GPA desired
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers from diverse communities and cultures
  • Demonstrated ability to work with colleagues who represent a diversity of work and conflict resolution styles
