Come join the Intel Validation Engineering Group and be part of our Server Functional Validation Execution and Automation team. The team is responsible for Automation, Content and Systems Enabling for Functional validation of Xeon products. Responsibilities include but not limited to delivering an automated infrastructure that will efficiently execute FV test content and deliver high quality results. Focus on continuously innovating to improve and drive faster and more efficient test execution, enabling configs, lab infrastructure, and pre-silicon environments for content readiness.


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering (or a related field) and 4+ years of experience, -OR- Master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering (or a related field) and 2+ years of experience:
Software development using C/C++/Python, demonstrated proficiency with Python

Preferred Qualifications
Hardware lab with test equipment, Debuggers (Intel Target Probe/Lauterbach), Logic analyzer, Protocol exercisers or test stations.
Post-Si validation experience
Intel architecture and/or Intel Chipset
Protocols like DDR, HBM, PCIe, Cache Coherency
Power Management, RAS, On-chip Security
Software development using C/C++/Python, demonstrated proficiency with Python
System level use cases and underlying IP level architecture and micro-architecture details
GPU/CPU architecture, Memory fabric, Caches Coherency, PCIe
Post Silicon validation of large SOC preferably Server/GPU class of SOC
Have driven at least one post-silicon project in the past from Pre-silicon phase to product launch.
Excellent problem solving and debugging skills including functional and performance issues across HW/SW domains
Experience in working with multi-site projects.
