Intel's Technology Development Analytics and Technology Automation (TD ATA) is hiring an experienced software engineer to be part of the team.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Designs, builds, and validates software that enables the interaction between system software (OS, drivers) and applications, including frameworks and runtime engines.

  • Contributes to the development of software frameworks that perform data conversion/data transformation, and enable other applications to optimize their software in the Technology Manufacturing organization.

  • May work within or across market segments including IOT, cloud, edge, or networking to support distributed computing environments, centralized computing, rack scale computing, microservices, platform frameworks, oneAPI abstraction layers, or background services.

  • Also need to perform application install, troubleshooting and operational support.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering with 4+ years of software industry experience OR Masters degree with 3+ years of software industry experience in the following areas:

  • Software and database architecture and development.

  • Full-stack software development, design and hands-on experience in programming.

  • Integrated software design experience.

  • Computer infrastructure knowledge (servers, networks, storage).

  • Object Oriented Programming (C#, C++, Java).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Middleware technologies.

  • Microsoft development tools (Visual Studio, .NET).

  • Programming in Python, .NET Core, WEB API/Service.

  • Microsoft or Linux operating systems.

  • Oracle or Microsoft database technologies, or building distributed systems.

  • Experience in using build/deploy tools such as Jenkins, Docker for continuous Integration and Deployment for Microservices.
