Join the dynamic Refurbished Products Operations team. Key Qualifications

  • Exceptional ability to establish relationships; clear, consistent communication; analytical and results-oriented; hardworking and motivated; and highly organized while leading several work-streams
  • Proficiency in Master Data Management development beyond structuring of bills of materials, defining data models and configuration tools for Refurbishment documentation requirements
  • Experience in the following subject areas: New Product Introduction / Manufacturing Operations / Logistics Operations / SAP / Agile
  • Capacity to handle large and complex data (Excel) to support data management output
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently in a unique and fast paced environment with dynamic requirements and priorities
  • Drive enhancements and innovation for continuous improvement

Description

You will be responsible for structuring all the Refurbishment Bills of Materials for the America's region that meets the business needs and collaborates closely with the Master Data Management (MDM) team and other cross functional groups at Apple. You also act as the lead sight to support the other regions: APAC (Asia Pacific) and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
Analyze, define, and interpret New Product Introduction (NPI) programs to determine Refurbishment requirements to develop Bills of Materials
Responsible for releasing and providing necessary documentation to our OEMs
Provide Engineering Change Order / Deviation guidance to Refurbishment teams
as required
Investigate and assess packaging, labeling and unique material requirements
Maintain various matrixes to track readiness and status updates
Assess, analyze, consolidate, and communicate risk and status clearly and succinctly to management, raising key issues and presenting options for resolution to the cross-functional teams
Collaboration with numerous internal groups including MDM, Manufacturing, NPI, Procurement, Finance, Planning, Packaging Engineering, Sales, etc.
Support and drive project and other activities as the need arises by Refurbishment team

Education & Experience

BS degree in Engineering, Data Management, or Operations Management desired
