Become a part of Intel's Advance Packaging Team by joining the Substrate Packaging Technology Development (SPTD) organization. Quality Assurance Team in SPTD is responsible excursion management, inline and end of line data audit, electrostatic discharge (ESD) compliance and newly aligned micro contamination improvements and compliance. Quality Assurance team within Substrate Packaging Technology Development (SPTD) is looking for Quality Assurance Techs (QAT) on Shift 1 work week schedule to join the organization that is responsible for developing substrate and die embedding manufacturing technology and sustain low volume production.

Key job responsibilities will include:

- Performing SPTD factory micro contamination audits
- Foreign materials sample collection for analysis.
- Surface and airborne particles data collection.
- Spec writing if needed and micro- spec compliance.
- ESD data collection for global supplies and equipment, and execution of Quality related actions.

In this role, hired person will be working in close partnership with Integration, Module Engineering/Tool owners, and Operations. This job role will require significant presence inside the cleanroom. Candidate must exhibit communication skills.

This is an entry level position and compensation will be given accordingly. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Knowledge and/or experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences .

Minimum qualifications:

- Candidate must possess a 2+ years STEM technical associate degree.

Must have the required degree or expect the required degree by May 2022.

Preferred qualifications:

6+ months of experience in the following:

- Micro contamination data collection, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) data collection and quality execution mindset.
- Microsoft office suite (word, excel, PowerPoint).
