Job Summary:

The Program Integrator (PI) is a direct report to the Program Management Excellence (PMX) Directorate and matrixed to the Navy Modular Missile (NMM) Program Director. This position will provide team leadership among the program office, assigned integrated product, and cross product teams. Do you have interest in starting on a program at its beginning? This role will include standing up a new team, helping shape program structure, responding to request for proposals (RFPs) and participating in program start-up.

The PI is responsible for program integration, coordination, and control and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day to day program execution; advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes, and business objectives; the implementation of PM best practices.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
  • Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate program start-up activities to include capital, facilities and digital technologies tasking.
  • Lead and support proposal and capture efforts to include Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Responsibilities & Capabilities (R&C) and gating processes. Participate in Proposal Review Gate 4 followed by Program Start-up Gate 5.
  • Execute daily program management and establish program cadence i.e., risk review boards, customer reviews, failure review boards, program reviews such as Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and decision reviews to achieve contractual commitments.
  • Develops program enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (Integrated Program Teams/Cross Product Teams) as well as contracts, finance, procurement, manufacturing, quality control, logistics and data management (CDRL support).
  • Sets budgetary guidelines and directs the performance of program task elements by working thru the critical chain process.
  • Establishes standards and an executable program baseline using the approved business model and management tools.
  • Supports the program risk and opportunity process, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations.
  • Preparing, revising, updating and monitoring required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Raytheons Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) such as Gate reviews and GEM tool, Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Corporate and Business policies and procedures.
  • Capturing and tracking program actions and working with action owners to ensure timely closure of actions.
  • Identify and implement key program assessments and metrics to lead development of situational awareness charts and performance assessments to enable program success drivers.
This will be a hybrid role, with the expectation of 50% in office in Tucson, AZ.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • A minimum of 8 years of business, program, or project management professional experience
  • Experience with financial analysis tools
  • Experience with project management tools/systems
  • Program start up experience
  • Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance
  • Candidate must be able to gain special program access
  • Bachelors Degree

Qualifications We Value:

  • Demonstrated skills in planning and execution for both short-term requirements and long-term opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with special focus on achieving active participation of appropriate individuals across the business
  • Demonstrated experience with Risk and Opportunity Management
  • Product lifecycle management experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Raytheon Program Management Certification, Earned Value Certification or equivalent

This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
