Job Summary:
The StormBreaker program is looking to hire a Senior Program Manager (PM) at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, as part of the Air Power Mission Area and Tactical Strike Product Area. This position will be responsible for execution of the integrated Engineering Change Proposal (iECP) pillar of StormBreaker.
The iECP PM is a development program responsible for maturing a new weapons datalink, upgrading to M-Code GPS Receiver and upgrades to support exportability. The iECP PM leads the overall program coordination with internal functional organizations. This lead is also responsible for the customer communications regarding progress on iECP.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Overall execution of these development efforts
Interface with several internal IOTs with Collins and Raytheon Intelligence & Space as well as other key suppliers with large cost plus purchase orders
Primary interface to the customer iECP program office and work with the customer to capture the next phase, which is the integration and transition to production awards
Successfully execute the integration effort to an aggressive schedule to support the handoff to production and support of the 5 year plan which focuses on exportability and new customer capabilities
Accountable for the cost, schedule and technical performance of the iECP contract
This position can be located at any RMD facility and requires some domestic travel
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors degree (Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field)
12 years of experience to include managing development programs that have transitioned to production
Management of cost, schedule, and technical performance
Experience interfacing with customers and industry partners
Experience with program management tools such as Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Risk & Opportunity, and/or IMP/IMS
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Value:

Strong scope management and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills with customer and senior executives
Prior experience in leading secure ASIC development efforts and integration of GPS subsystems, including coordination with the GPS Directorate
Experience with the Air Force Acquisitions environment
Strong proficiency in developing and presenting Strategic Plans, AOP, Technology Roadmaps, and planning to senior management, and responsibility for executing approved plans
Demonstrated ability to formulate relationships and influence customer requirements
