Overview

LogMeIn (LMI) is seeking an influentialStaff ProductManager(P4,above aSr. Product Manager) to driveProduct-led growthacross the product portfolio, with a particular focus on the End-User persona(s) in theGoToapplications.

You willdriveindustry-leadingproduct-led growth initiatives thatturbochargecustomeracquisition, conversion and retentionfor UCC products.

The right candidate has a track record of collaborating & communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, identifyingproduct opportunities to increase customer acquisition,upsell value, and create ridiculously satisfied customers who want to useLogMeIn products more regularly.

This role requires deepproduct and customer understanding,with the ability to work effectively across the portfolio to increase revenue andimprove customer retention.

In this role, you will:

Collaboratively develop and continually refine a product-led growth vision that enablesLMIproductsto sellthemselves, increase customer usage, and convert to higher tier products.

Maintain a deep understanding of SMB customer needs,behaviours, emotions, and working environmentrelated toLogMeInproducts (GoToConnect,GoToMeeting,GoToWebinar,GoToTraining,GoToRoom,ContactCenter, LastPass,GoToAssist)

Understandthe dynamic interplay between IT professionals,outsourced IT staff, and end users.

Stay up to date with the UCC market and competition, particularly related to free offerings and upsell strategies.

Be willing to fail, be comfortable driving the teams beyond their comfort zone.

Define and refine input and output metrics that give you a pulse oneffectiveness of the product flywheel.

Continuously learn and adjust to deliver ever-increasing value to users and your stakeholders organization.

Qualifications

Experience working in complex technical organization across global offices/locations in an Agile environment.

Fluency in English is required

Ability to manage multiplework streams concurrently and deliver on-time

8+years of product management leadership, owning the delivery of timelyfeatures that retain customers and encourage them to upgradeor purchaseadditional products.

SaaS software development experience or similar

You operate data-driven andare able toanalyze complex issues, while also capable of visualizing and communicating your insights.
