Job Description
Assists in providing technical support for one or many product(s) and/or product family. Responsibilities may include: participating in new product development, representing the customers technical needs, creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective, developing and presenting technical product training materials. Works with the sales team to help resolve customers technical questions, participates in customers visits, and presentations. Owns creation and maintenance of data sheets and application notes. Individuals act as technical experts, consultants, analysts, and program managers. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK hynix. The transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage solutions, including client and enterprise SSDs, in the rapidly growing NAND Flash space amid the era of big data. As the global leader in the semiconductor industry, Intel possesses industry-leading SSD technology and the most capable Triple Level Cell (TLC) and Quadruple Level Cell (QLC) NAND Flash products. As a TME, you will be part of a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK hynix. This position aligns to Phase 1 of the transaction, which includes the 3DNAND enterprise and client SSD business. Phase 1 is expected to close in late 2021, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. At deal close, all employees aligned to this phase of the transaction will transition to SK hynix.


Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: 8 years in SSD / NAND TME positions 5 years Experience in supporting Datacenter SSD customers Preferred Qualifications: 5 years in SSD developent activities 10 years in the SSD / NAND industryRequirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
