We're seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join the AI / Machine Learning Recruiting team. In this role you'll have the opportunity to join an amazing, collaborative, and agile team responsible for hiring best-in-class talent. As part of the larger People organization, Recruiting acts as the gatekeepers of Apple culture by providing an extraordinary experience to both our internal business partners and candidates. Apple Recruiters are strategic partners for the business they work with, and compelling ambassadors of Apple.

• Consult with hiring managers to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for hiring needs
• Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard to fill technical roles
• Expertise in competing with top technology companies in the Seattle market
• Are able to influence and get business teams to think differently about diversity
• Deliver an exceptional customer and candidate experience
• Reporting and analyzing data on recruitment
• Lead ad-hoc confidential/business critical assignments
• Excellent communicator, interact credibly on the telephone and in-person with people from all levels of an organization
• Highly organized and able to prioritize and drive efficiencies
• Advocates, educates and influences their business to embrace Apple's recruitment strategies, processes and philosophy
• You are someone who positively and actively builds cross-functional relationships

As a Technical Recruiter at Apple, your main goal is to identify, assess, and bring top talent to Apple. You will be responsible for guiding hiring managers and candidates through Apple's selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting, and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large. This position is technically focused so experience with leading-edge software and hardware products is essential.

Education & Experience

Minimum BS/BA or equivalent experience

• You display and energize a sense of urgency and priority within teams
• Be viewed as approachable, candid, inventive, knowledgeable, helpful, and engaged
