The incumbent will execute Systems Security Engineering activities with a specific focus in supply chain risk management (SCRM); program protection; Anti-Tamper, Critical Program Information, critical components, Threat Assessment Center Reports and risk management. 

 

The incumbent will also serve as technical liaison and trusted advisor to the NAVAIR PMA-271 (E-6) Program Office.  Due to the Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3) nature of the E-6 platform the incumbent should possess E-6 flight experience and domain knowledge of NC3 missions and systems.

 


Key Functions



  • Perform supply chain risk management assessment activities using the P633 SCRM Assessment Methodology


  • Perform Crown Jewels Analysis


  • Develop risks pertaining to system security engineering


  • Development, analysis and traceability of requirements


  • Generation of SOW and contract language, focusing on supply chain and systems security engineering


  • Plan, develop, and implement systems security engineering program milestones and coordinate technical information, such as interface documentation, specifications, and technical review materials


 












Required Qualifications



  • Nuclear Command, Control & Communications domain knowledge/experience


  • Good communication skills and the ability to present highly technical material to a diverse audience


  • Strong background in systems security engineering and requirements development & management


  • Naval Aviation Domain knowledge/experience


  • Top Secret Clearance


  • Demonstrated experience in performing analytical work

Preferred Qualifications



  • Technical knowledge of computer systems, networking and NAVAIR Program structures and engineering processes


  • Top Secret/SCI

 


Minimum Qualifications


  • BS and three years related experience.
