Apple is looking for a proven, dynamic leader of Product Management to join the Apple Online Store team. As the Manager of the Delivery and Multi-channel product management team, you will be leading the team responsible for defining, developing and launching initiatives directly and measurably impacting Apple and its customers. Apple strives to offer best in class omni-channel pickup experiences, as well as fast and convenient ways for our customers to have products delivered directly to them. Additionally, you will be at the intersection of digital and physical, and your team will partner closely with the Retail Stores, Engineering and Operations team to deliver amazing multi-channel customer experiences.

Key Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of e-commerce product management experience with a passion for the customer journey
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing new concepts or programs in a fast paced, digital retail environment; preferably with a delivery and fulfillment customer experience focus
  • Proven ability to improve the online customer experience by recommending insight driven (data, trends, internal and external research) journey changes and omni-channel design requirements.
  • Experience in directly building, managing, and developing a diverse team of varying levels of experience.
  • Ability to quickly develop wide-ranging cross-functional partnerships and establish productive relationships to address complex problems.
  • Ability to self-direct and problem-solve in sophisticated, ambiguous, or constantly evolving environments while balancing multiple work-streams.
  • Strong technical background and ability to dive into the technical details. Insights into modern interactive design and development standards; recognize and appreciate the differences between web-based and native app experiences.
  • Possess strong decision making and prioritization skills; have experience overseeing and managing complex schedules
  • Ability to think end-to-end, and champion the digital experience but also understand the physical store and supply chain implications of changes made online

Description

Working closely with a wide variety of cross functional partners, including Stores, Marketing, Marcom, and Operations, you will own and drive our customer's delivery and fulfillment experiences to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach and vision. We need an effective and inspirational storyteller and presenter to diverse audiences. A leader to develop, create, and maintain online journeys from the experience architecture through the end-to-end design. You will facilitate the design of services and experiences that seamlessly connect our digital and in-store programs. The role includes defining requirements for existing and future delivery and fulfillment programs and to enable experiences that support an efficient, seamless, and joyful customer experience. This role has so much room to own and drive the future of Apple's customer delivery through combining technical fluency and analytical ability with a strong sense of user experience, diplomacy, program management skills and business insight.

Education & Experience

Completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree
