Job Summary: RMD Digital Technology (DT) is a full-service IT organization that enables growth of the RMD business by working with our customers to develop innovative technology solutions. RMD DT functional areas include IT Solutions, Program Support Delivery, Services, Innovation, Standards and Architecture, and Operational Excellence. Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Supports our employees located outside the US.
Understands and articulates to others the similarities and differences between our US and Global environments
Working knowledge of Project Management Methodologies, Earned Value Management (EVM), and efficiency improvement (Six Sigma/LEAN Principles)

Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM); OR minimum of 10+ years of relevant professional experience within the information technology industry directly providing user support plus certifications
Experience in Enterprise Services (ES) DT End User Support Operations (Active Directory, SCCM, Lease Refresh, PGP, Outlook)
Prior experience in project management
Experience in change management and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications You Must Have:
Leadership experience, the emphasis on leading and developing diverse teams
Ability to interact with multiple levels of employees effectively including customer, Raytheon, teammates, and suppliers --- from Executive to technician.
Must have experience working independently to achieve results in key technical areas
Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills
Possess knowledge to participate in Enterprise level architecture teams to provide recommendations
Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining network issues relating to network services, and VOIP
High cross cultural indicator and cultural awareness with Middle East, Asian and European society
Familiarity with Raytheons IPDS project management methodology
Familiarity and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams
General understanding of the importance of Export Import (EXIM) controls, rules and regulations as well as the importance of Cyber Security and need to maintain and secure environment
