The Raytheon Advanced Technology Effectors mission area has an immediate need for a Senior Financial Analyst. This analyst will support a critical hypersonic boost glide program as part of the larger advanced hypersonics portfolio of programs. This program is an offensive hypersonic strike weapon system that will play a pivotal role in the future battlespace and is currently in the development phase of the product life cycle. This program is a high profile program within the portfolio and is regularly reviewed by both mission area and business unit leadership.
The analyst in this position will be the primary point of contact for the program team and will provide strong financial and earned value leadership. This financial analyst position is a growth opportunity to learn about exciting new technologies while working on a program that will continue Raytheon's legacy as the premier provider of solutions to the warfighter.

Minimum Required Skills:
Minimum of 4 years of experience with a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field or a recent graduate with a related Masters degree with 2 years of directly related experience.
Must be a US citizen
Must have experience supporting an earned value program or working in an earned value environment
Experience with Raytheon Earned Value Management (EVM) tools and processes or similar systems
Experience with various forms of budgeting and forecasting techniques
Experience with Data and/or Financial Analysis and Reporting
Experience with performing qualitative or comparative analysis with an emphasis on variance explanation.
Experience with Advanced Excel skills
Highly Desired Skills:
Experience with financial evaluations of engineering projects, and/or process improvementsstrong understanding of what is driving variance within data sets
