The Exo-atmospheric Kill Vehicle (EKV) Finance organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic program finance team. Qualified candidate may telecommute at management discretion. The candidate must be able to work in a fast pace environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements. The ability to learn processes quickly and apply knowledge to unique situations will be critical to performing successfully in the position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance, variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting
EAC (Estimate at Complete) preparation, review and submission.
Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple levels of the organization will be needed
Participation and support in weekly and monthly program business reviews and to ensure that funding levels and customer request are being addressed.
Support internal and external Earned Value Management audits (conducted by the Raytheon audit team, DCMA, and the customer (MDA))
Participate in the preparation of detailed CDRLs in support of contract requirements (such as IPMRs and CCDRs).
Minimum Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in a Business, Finance, Accounting , Math or related field and 4 years of related experience or related MS degree in Business, Math, Accounting, Finance and 2 years of related experience
Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc...) in program development and execution
Experience with computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Must be able to obtain DoD secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a DoD Secret clearance
Experience with advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas)
Experience in developing EACs, budgets and forecasts including variance analysis

Experience in meeting critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements
Experience working independently and with higher levels of management
Experience in providing business support for contract activities, utilizing cost/schedule performance measurement systems (Earned Value Management System)
Experience in using SAP Business Systems
Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of MPM, APEX, and EVMS systems
Understanding of AOP and 5 year processes, program forecasting and metrics
Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment
