Raytheon Digital Technology (DT) team is seeking a highly motivated individual and self-starter to provide dedicated support, consultation and productivity guidance to Raytheon Executives and Administrative Assistants. This dynamic and exciting position is based in Tucson, AZ and will provide support locally and remotely in other US regions.
The DT Executive Support technician will deliver the highest level of IT service and support through daily interactions with Senior Leaders and the executive support team. The technician will bring a customer focused approach that enhances productivity and effectiveness. The technician must proactively partner and coordinate with other Raytheon functions (e.g. engineering) and IT organizations to confirm that IT services are functioning as designed. The technician will need to be available to travel to multiple Raytheon locations and off-site events as well as occasionally be available to work outside normal business hours.
Minimum Required Skills:
Bachelor degree in IT or STEM and 4 years of directly related experience, or a related master degree in IT or STEM and 2 years of experience, or in lieu of a degree 8 additional years of experience.
Experience with computer literacy and extensive knowledge of the following technologies: Microsoft operating systems and products (including: Office 365 Suite, Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook, Skype for Business), Mobile Devices iPhone and iPad and OS, Intel x86 based hardware
Experience in problem solving and technical troubleshooting; in person and remotely
Must be a US Citizen - US Citizen Status is required as this this position will need a US Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
Must be able to travel up to 25%
