Job Summary:
Program Management Excellence (PMX) has an opening for a Program Integrator (PI) that will be matrixed to the Sustainment and Sensor Mission Area Sensor Hardware Program Area. The Sensor Product line Hardware PI multi-function production program integrator will be responsible for cost, schedule and execution performance of the Transmit Receive Integrated Microwave Module (TRIMM) and SLAT production for 3+ business areas, valued at ~$1.4B. This highly visible role presents an opportunity to excel while playing a key function in the RMD business, providing an integral part of our overall product line success.

The PI is responsible for program integration, coordination, and control and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day-to-day program execution, while developing and advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes, and business objectives, and the implementation of PM best practices.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
  • Supervises and integrates the performance of the program Integrated Product Teams and functional organizations
  • Integrates key business activities into a seamless project management plans leveraging best practices and cross utilization of assets. Assists program leadership with emerging tasks critical to achieving program business objectives.
  • Executes daily program cadence for SPL in support of affected programs (i.e., risk review boards, customer reviews, failure review boards, program milestones, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments)
  • Uses approved control systems and reports to accurately measure progress, identifying potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action to be taken
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure integrated master schedule aligns with program strategies, objectives, and milestones
  • Set program strategy and develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations and leadership, such as contracts, finance, procurement, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and administrative functions.
  • Prepares, revises, updates and monitors required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Raytheons Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), Earned Value Management System (EVMS), PRISM, and Corporate and Business policies and procedures.
  • Establishes standards and an executable program baseline using the approved business model and management tools.
  • Captures staffing projections and work with Control Account Managers (CAMs) to meet program goals and timelines
  • Collaborates with Directors and PMs for each production program, identifying and implementing key program metrics and leading development of situational awareness reporting using management tools production forecasting, OPS reviews and EACs for program leadership teams to drive program success.
  • Responsible for growing the program and its product(s) by ensuring ongoing customer funding of current contractual requirements, working with the customer to identify and fund further product enhancements
  • Provide the technical leadership and direction to resolve program challenges by ensuring robust design processes are followed, and engineering staff is available to support all of the programs
  • Must obtain a Secret Clearance

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • A minimum of 10 years of business, program, or project management professional experience
  • Experience with financial analysis tools
  • Program management experience, demonstrated experience leading and collaborating across functions and the enterprise including production programs
  • Candidate must possess current and active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field from an institution accredited through a U.S. Department of Education approved agency is required.

    Qualifications We Value:

  • Experience with Circuit Card Assembly (CCA), material flow, procurement, and Production Programs
  • Prior experience with DOD Design, Development Programs
  • Desirable to have submitted technical papers or invention disclosures potentially leading to patents or trade secrets
  • Program Management Certification
  • Strong team player with ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance

    Additional Details:
    This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
