The iWork team is looking for a black box Software QA Engineer to work on the next generation of applications and services. This position requires an ambitious individual with strong problem solving skills who can contribute in a dynamic team environment.

Key Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of SQA methodologies and practices
  • Inquisitive and ability to investigate and debug difficult software issues

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, methodical and creative problem solver committed to driving quality forward
  • Knowledge of network and web testing tools
  • iOS and macOS familiarity preferred

Description

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with strong technical, problem solving and communication skills, and the willingness to work in a fast paced environment.

Your responsibilities include developing and executing test plans, regression testing, and bug filing. You will define requirements and identify appropriate testing implementation processes and methodologies.

You should be able to be comfortable with ambiguity and make educated, critical judgments in the absence of complete requirements. In addition, you will analyze test results to ensure the features work end-to-end for customers. You must be effective and systematic at juggling priorities, and communicating progress as well as risk through regular status updates. We are seeking someone who has a confirmed ability to ramp up quickly on both existing and new technologies.

Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
