Job Description

Develops processes and methodologies to ensure success of a complex project, including but not limited to product and release planning, identification of milestones & project goals, creation of schedules, and tracking of all items to ensure successful project delivery. Manages the project deliverables and project milestones (not the people). Drives creation and execution of the program Plan of Record, including Scope, Requirements Management, Success Criteria, Schedule, Resources, and Quality.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Stakeholder management, including coordination of departmental or cross functional/cross organizational teams as well as communication within the organization, outward to other internal groups and external customers.

- Good understanding of customers and customer environment.

- Understanding of the software legal compliance process.

- Defines and manages the project plan, driving closure on issues and gaps as well as maintains focus on continuous improvement.

- Analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills in complex paradigms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening skills.
- Proficient to effectively communicate with and influence executives and senior technical leaders.
- Orientation to truth and transparency in communicating with all levels.
- Skills to build relationships, earn respect, and gain influence across organizations.
- Experience with modern development methodologies and tools.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Education Requirement:

- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent with software development experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with Project Management experience
- 4+ years of experience managing complex large and multidisciplinary programs.
- 4+ years of experience working with business functions such as Marketing and Finance.
- 4+ years of experience with program management methodologies for schedules, cost, quality, and risks.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile software practices and skills to navigate a rapid pace environment
- Experience gathering metrics and building reports and dashboards that detail program health including customer success project execution and team health.
- Software technical experience with large structured software development organizations and their processes.
- Experience with firmware/software development, and computer platform/system development.
- Experience with platform ingredients and systems beyond the CPU/SoC.
- Experience with Si development, including QRC and PLC.
