Apple E-Business Services team is seeking an outstanding hand on Integration Software Engineer with passion for developing highly scalable integration platforms. Key Qualifications

• 5+ years strong expertise in backend integration and good understanding of middleware technologies.
• 5+ years strong expertise Strong experience in building frameworks using middleware tools like Webmethods.
• Strong programming experience in Java building middleware or backend applications.
• Deep understanding of Oracle or similar relational databases and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Knowledge of HTTP/S, TCP, DNS, web application load balancing.
• Passion for programming and a good conceptual understanding of the operating environment - JVM, Operating System, File Systems, Network Protocols.
• Deep understanding of basic security concepts and protocols - authentication, authorization, signing, encryption, SSL/TLS, SSH/SFTP, PKI, X509 certificates and PGP.
• Knowledge of Python and a scripting language such as Perl/bash preferred but not required.
• Firsthand experience in performance tuning of applications and databases.
• Knowledge of integrations with cloud-based solutions is a plus
• Working experience in Agile development methodology.

BS/MS computer science, software engineering, or equivalent
