The Talent Acquisition Social Media, Marketing and Employer Brand Program Manager is responsible for ensuring we continue to remain competitive and elevate how we differentiate our recruitment strategy at Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RMD) to the external market. The ideal candidate for this role will oversee the development and implementation of content to acquire candidates across digital and social platforms and marketing/branding strategies for multiple portfolios in a high-volume hiring environment. This role will demonstrate collaboration skills to drive strategic research and data-driven candidate attraction actions.

This position will offer a flexible work arrangement, but will require the ability to go into the Tucson, AZ office as needed.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
  • Drive external talent to our open positions through development, definition and conveying of the employer brand and RMD Communications partners content through elevated talent acquisition (TA) focused story-telling
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored for targeted TA markets in concert with RMD Communications efforts
  • Partner with RMD Communications team to successfully create unique, scalable marketing tools and assets that will improve recruiter efficiency and enable more effective targeting and conversion of passive candidates
  • Bring employee stories to life for external candidates
  • Partner closely with RMD TA Candidate Engagement teams such as Military, Diversity, Internal sourcing and Events teams to support messaging needed to enhance all facets of RMD hiring initiatives that ultimately support our broader internal customer base (TA recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR partners)
  • Support and create campaigns including internal employee referral programs that TA will use to communicate internally and externally to drive external candidate flow to our open positions

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelors degree or 8 years directly applicable experience may be substituted for the education requirement, in addition to the minimum 5 years of experience required by the position
  • Experience producing creative and engaging content to share in multiple channels including social media and job boards
  • Experience developing and executing on programming such as company referral programming
  • Experience overseeing ad content creation, including ad copy and graphic design and / or video content
  • Experience in creating, managing and / or optimizing job postings content, titles, and placement
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Qualifications We Value:
  • Experience influencing and partnering with external vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to accurately report metrics
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems such Kenexa, Workday, or Taleo
  • Experience utilizing CRMs such as Avature
  • Prefer candidate to be based within 50 miles of Tucson, AZ but open to remote candidates
