Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversees definition, design, verification, and documentation for SoC (System on a Chip) development
  • Determines architecture design, logic design, and system simulation
  • Performs Logic design for integration of cell libraries, functional units and subsystems into SoC full chip designs, Register Transfer Level coding, and simulation for SoCs
  • Develop feature based test plan and write functional verification content, keep regression running and triage failures
  • Analyzes equipment to establish operation infrastructure, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results
  • Support post-Si product debug

In addition to the qualifications listed below, the ideal candidate will also have:

  • Open-minded and comfortable with execution on multiple projects in parallel
  • Excellent communication skills; willing to work and collaborate with teams across multiple sites


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS with 3+ years/MS with 2+ years industry experiences
  • Experience of pre-Si verification with System Verilog OVM/UVM on content development
  • Scripting languages such as Python or Perl
  • Good understanding of CPU product architect and DFx, Scalable Fabrics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pre-silicon RTL verification/validation experience on CPU/server product
  • OVM and UVM methodologies
  • Experience with Synopsys simulation and coverage tools
  • Hands on experience on emulation
