Raytheon Missiles & Defense is seeking a Program Integrator. Program Management Excellence (PMX) has an opening for a Program Integrator (PI) that will be matrixed to the SNAP 2 Capture Program Manager. The PI is responsible for program integration, coordination, and control, as well as, direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day to day program execution; advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes, and business objectives; the implementation of PM best practices. **This position will be awarded as a Manager I (Project Management Program Integrator) or Manager II (Project Management Program Integrator)** In concert with the Program Manager, Key responsibilities include: Sets program strategy, vision and tactical direction for program execution by multi-functional team(s) and sub-contractors. In the absence of PM, is responsible for meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations. Capturing and tracking program actions and working with action owners to ensure timely closure of actions. Aids development of proposals with responsibilities including Leading the team through the full proposal process. Aids contract bidding, negotiation and contract definitization process Develops program enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations; such as contracts, finance, procurement, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and administrative functions. Acts on behalf of the PM, convey to customer, program status and performance. Additionally, anticipates and fulfills customer needs to ensure their satisfaction and continued business. Serve as Lead for committing the program to specific financial goals and obligations in accordance with the program AOP. Sets budgetary guidelines and directs the performance of program task elements by developing program enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations; such as contracts, finance, procurement, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and administrative functions. Establishes standards and an executable program baseline using the approved business model and management tools. Supports the program risk and opportunity, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations. Execute daily program cadence i.e., risk review boards, customer reviews, failure review boards, program milestones, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments Partner with colleagues to ensure integrated master schedule aligns with program strategies, objectives, and milestones Responsible for growing the program and its product(s) by ensuring ongoing customer funding of current contractual requirements, working with the customer to identify and fund further product enhancements Capture staffing projections and work with Control Account Managers (CAMs) to meet program goals and timelines Preparing, revising, updating and monitoring required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Raytheons Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Corporate and Business policies and procedures. Integrating key business activities into a seamless project management plan leveraging best practices, people skills and cross utilization of assets. Assisting program leadership with emerging tasks critical to achieving program business objectives. Identifying and implementing key program metrics and lead development of situational awareness reporting and management tools for program leadership teams to drive program success. Coordinating program start-up process by assisting in the creation of initial program artifacts (team structure, lesson learned, Contractual Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS), etc.) Preparing and managing all required product lifecycle artifacts and reviews Capturing and tracking program actions and working with action owners to ensure timely closure of actions. Support contract bidding, negotiation and contract definitization efforts Lead Agile execution, and support Agile practice and executive Meta Scrum activities Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance ++++ This is a remote position++++ Required Skills:
A minimum of 6 years of business, program, or project management professional experience
Earned Value Management experience
Experience with financial analysis tools (Examples: BOE, Actuals, APEX, etc.)
Experience with project management tools/systems (Examples: Scheduling responsibilities , Program Builder, etc.)
Experience balancing technical costs, and schedule constraints to achieve project success
Education Requirement : Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field from an institution accredited through a U.S. Department of Education approved agency is required.
Desired Skills:

Prior experience and application of Defense Acquisition processes
Prior experience supporting development, production and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
Demonstrated skills in planning and execution for both short-term requirements and long-term opportunities
Experience supporting programs and executing responsibilities in an Agile environment
Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing business review material for Management review and approval
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Raytheon Program Management Excellence (PMX) Certification, Earned Value Certification or equivalent experience as a CAM
Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate solutions to complex programs, prior experience in engineering planning
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
